In-House Production
Engraving & Printing Methods for Custom Awards
We produce awards, plaques, badges and branded recognition pieces in-house using a mix of engraving and printing methods chosen to suit the material, finish and budget of the job.
Laser Engraving
Ideal for crisp, permanent marking on acrylic, timber, metal laminates and many other surfaces. Great for nameplates, plaques, badges and branded awards.
Diamond Engraving
A precise engraving method commonly used on glass, crystal and premium presentation pieces where a clean, sharp etched finish is needed.
Sandblasting
Used to create premium frosted detail on glass and crystal awards, giving high-end presentation pieces a clean, prestigious finish.
UV Printing
Perfect for full-colour logos, vibrant branding and layered graphics on awards, plaques and custom promotional pieces.
Sublimation Printing
A strong option for colour-rich inserts, photo-based awards and products where image clarity and repeatability are important.
Printed Badges & Inserts
Suitable for name badges, medal inserts, recognition pieces and event items that need consistent branding across a larger run.
Choosing the Right Method for the Job
Not every award should be treated the same way. A crystal presentation piece, a staff badge, an industrial label and a perpetual honour board all require different processes to get the finish, durability and detail right.
That is why we assess the material, artwork style, quantity and deadline before recommending the best production method. In many projects, the strongest outcome comes from combining engraving with printing or layered assembly.
If you are not sure which method suits your brief, send us the concept and we will guide you toward the best fit.
