Artwork Requirements
For the cleanest engraving and print result, send EPS or CDR where possible. We can also work with PDF and PNG for many jobs.
Preferred files
EPS and CDR give the cleanest result for engraving, printing and custom award work.
Also accepted
PDF and PNG files also work for many jobs, especially when the artwork is high resolution.
Proofing support
If the file needs refining, we prepare a proof and revise it with you before production.
What to Send
- Send vector artwork where possible, especially for logos and linework.
- If you only have a PNG, use the highest resolution version available.
- Include colours, wording, names, dates and any layout notes in the brief.
- Confirm the quantity and deadline up front.
- If the file is not ready, send what you have and we will advise.
Proofing Process
Proofs before production
Send the best file you have with any notes about wording, colours, size or deadline. We review the artwork and prepare a proof for approval.
We then refine the layout with you until it is approved and ready for production.
