What to expect from our easy six step ordering process with the Trophy Superstore

1.       Place your order and make payment.

2.    Receive your order confirmation, reply with a list of wording as to what you require on your awards. Please include any artwork or graphics in an eps or jpg format.

3.    Wait until you receive your proof from our graphics department. Please view the documents and ensure that all spelling and graphics are correct. Make any amendments where necessary via email.

4.    Respond via email to the proofs with an approved message. This is the most important step in the process. If we do not receive your approval via email, we cannot proceed with your order.

5.    We’ll take care of it from here. Once we’ve received your approval, we will get onto your order.

6.   Wait for an email confirmation that your order has been completed. We will send you an invoice and require any final payments prior to shipping or at collection..
